The Running for Real Strength Training Program is the first comprehensive, runner specific individualized training plan that uses an assessment of your movement through video analysis to provide you with a strength training plan tailored to your individual strengths and weaknesses. We build your runner body from the ground up, starting with how to breathe correctly, use mobility, and soft tissue work to create a place where your body can strength training effectively and efficiently to make a stronger, resilient, injury free runner. Our plan comes with quick response to your questions through our Strong Stars Facebook group and modifications to your plan if needed. This is the first plan out there taking a holistic approach, but also taking you into mind; your racing, your training, your life, to create the ideal plan for you and your goals.

Why should I purchase the paid in full plan?

For runners who are able to pay upfront, the paid in full plan works out to be $100 less than the monthly plan, and members unlock all the videos on the site at 6 weeks after the plan is complete. This plan is ideal for runners who want all their strength training videos in one place, but only need limited guidance on what is needed to strength train correctly. Paid in full members also can continue the individualized training for the remainder of their two year plan for $35 per month.

    This program is extremely valuable! I have been running for over 13 years (about half of my life) and been strength training for nearly as long, so I’ve been around the block a few times when it comes to this . Tina and Drew have really put a great deal of time, thought, and energy into desinging this program, and they invest more in each individual athlete to ensure you are getting a program that suits your ability, experience, and goals.
