Your week 0 exercises should be performed as close to every day as possible. The first set of videos are the most important to complete this week. The 3 month breathing and supine chin tuck should be completed every day.

These exercises are not critical to your program, but they might make you feel better for your runs.
Warm up exercises 1-4 are to help your body prep for a run (3 month breathing is warm up 1).
The other dynamic mobility exercises are bonus exercises. We recommend you complete these if you are feeling extra stiff or spend a lot of time sitting.
