You did it!

Took that step to really take strength training seriously and become that strong, injury free runner you have always wanted to be!

We are so excited you are trusting in us, and there is just one step left before we can start working on your exercises; we need your assessment videos.

For us to be able to create a plan tailored to you and your individual strengths and weaknesses, we need to see where they are, and as teleportation has not yet made it to our world (that we know of!), we will have to rely on videos.

Download this Test Exercise instruction sheet, and get someone (or your bookshelf) to record you doing these exercises.

You will notice that the test exercises are brief, and we don’t show you exactly how we want you to do that, no, that isn’t us being lazy, we didn’t want to give too much as we want to see how you move into that position.

Don’t try to practice or do it how you “should” do it, just start the camera and go. It does feel a little awkward, but only Drew and I will see it, so you don’t have to worry!

Once you send us the test exercises, we will send you week 0 to start working on in the meantime. Your videos will be completely safe, only Drew and Tina will ever see them.

Remember, you will receive your training until one week after you send us your exercises. Your homepage will not be available at this time, but you will be able to see lots of other pages with things to work on once you send us your exercises.
