I am so glad you are taking the step to work on this. It is so important, not just to our ability to stay mentally tough in races, but also to just enjoy our lives more. When we give ourselves grace, forgive ourselves for not being perfect, (cause NO ONE is), and learn to just talk to ourselves in the way we talk to our loved ones, it can change EVERYTHING.
