I know how miserable injuries can make you feel and not feeling comfortable running in your own body can be devastating. I spent many years with injury after injury, until I met Drew, and all my injuries faded away.

I wanted to offer you the same option, to have an individualized plan that is created for YOU and your individual strengths and weaknesses.

From that, the Running For Real Strength Training program was created.

So what does the Strength Training plan include?

  • Analysis of your testing videos to look for your weakest links in your movement patterns
  • Four 6 week individualized programs (using monthly option), created just for you on what you need to work on
  • A program that can be completed 2-3 times per week in your lunch break, no additional strength training or core required
  • Instruction on how to complete breathing and mobility exercises to feel better in your strength training and running
  • Detailed instructions with how to complete your strength training program with videos demonstrating every exercise in your plan with how many of each to complete
  • A private facebook group to ask questions and get feedback quickly from Drew and Tina
  • A team leader plus accountability group with weekly check ins to hold you accountable and make sure you get your workouts done
  • Modifications to your plan as you go through if needed
  • Two year membership to the Running For Real Strength Training program, which features over 120 videos
  • Education on how to create your own strength training plan in the future using the videos in your membership
  • All the strength training you need as a runner in one place

Hi, I am Tina, the founder of Running for Real. With Drew’s help, I was able to run a 2:36 marathon, 1:13 half marathon, and represent my country in a world championship.

From when I met Drew to when I took a running hiatus, I had no major injuries (after years of being injury prone), this was no coincidence, nor were my PRs dropping from 2:45 to 2:36 in the marathon and 1:14:30 to 1:13:21 in the half marathon (which earned me my spot on the Great Britain and Northern Ireland team).
