It sounds so strange to say, finding joy in running? But running is always going to be uncomfortable, right? And it is! It may look like elite runners are just cruising, enjoying themselves, but let’s just say, they have mastered the skill of hiding the discomfort. BUTTTTT that being said, we need to make sure we do have joy in our running. Not for the finish line or achievements only, but within running itself.
